Toes is great. It is a really sad, but funny, story of a seven toed cat and his many adventures. I think the best detail is that Toes is smarter than all the other cats, and he communicates with other animals. He is a very adventurous cat, he goes outside on Halloween, and gets so scared that he runs away. I think that having a cat as a main character is a bit cliche though.This book is and overall good book. It is short, and it kept me entertained for a while. It is a good book for younger kids, no cursing, no violence, just an amazing book. I really recommend this book.
